**Cancellation Policy**

We understand that life can be, and schedules may change due to work, family, or personal commitments. When you book an appointment with us, we multiple resources, including our skilled Skin Essence service providers and specialized equipment, a room and all equipment within that room to ensure you receive the best possible experience. To maintain this high standard of service, we must enforce our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect this policy, as it allows us to continue providing exceptional care to all our valued clients. Thank you!

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we require proper notice for cancellations or rescheduling during regular business hours. Notifications must be sent via text, email, or phone call, and a cancellation will only be considered received once confirmed by a Skin Essence team member.

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling A cancellation fee of $50.00 plus HST will apply for appointments canceled without proper notice. For prepaid services, such as laser treatments and skin club memberships, cancellations without notice may result in forfeiture on a case-by-case basis.

IMPORTANT: All cancellation fees must be settled before rebooking your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
