Please be aware that clients schedules may change to meet the needs of work, family and personal circumstances. These situations can come to our staff without notice.

Refund Policy for Products and Services
​
At Skin Essence Med Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of service and quality products to all our clients. At Skin Essence Med Spa we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below. At Skin Essence Med Spa we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for furthering treatments needed to achieve desired results. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept these conditions.

1. Services
Due to the nature of the services we offer, such as medical and aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for services rendered once completed. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the results of a treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary consultation to address any concerns and discuss possible adjustments or re-treatment options.

2. Products
We are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of the products we sell. Retail products and skin care are non-refundable. In the case of extreme allergic reaction, with the original sales receipt and photographic evidence or by coming to the clinic in person the product may be exchanged for an alternative product or spa credit.

3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 5 hours may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

5. Personal Belongings
​
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the client and should be kept in your possession at all times. Skin Essence Med Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

6. Gratuities
​
We do not accept gratuities for injectors, however, we do accept services done by nonmedical providers. They are at your discretion and are not expected but are always appreciated by our service providers.

7. Gift cards
​
Gift cards are final sale and can be used towards any products or services.
