Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, is a non-surgical procedure that is performed using a handheld, pen-shaped device that uses tiny sterilized needles to make precise, microscopic punctures in the skin. These micro-punctures work by helping to stimulate the skin to repair itself naturally through a process called dermal remodelling.

Microneedling Work?
Collagen is the elastic fibres that make skin tight, smooth and appearing youthful. As we age, our skin's natural collagen levels begin to decline, but with microneedling, new collagen can be produced when the skin is punctured and forced into repair mode.
The process stimulates the skin to produce new collagen. Through a series of sessions, microneedling can increase elastic skin fibers. Microneedling also helps the epidermis (the outermost layer of skin), which naturally thins with age, become thicker and tauter.
